Janett W.

Janett and I have worked at an assisted living facility together since 2010. Janett has been here longer than I have. I am the resident supervisor and Janett is one of the floor coordinators for us. I come up with the care plans for the residents and Janett has to follow through with each plan. Some of her roles include changing the residents, dressing them, assisting with toileting, and doing light housekeeping. Janet is very outgoing, hardworking, and very respectful to the rest of the staff as well as all of the residents. I highly recommend her as a caregiver.

Janett has been employed by me since 2012, it's currently 2019. She is truly fabulous. She comes to my home three times a week, sometimes more if I need her. She is an excellent cook and also helps me with shopping and driving. Janett is very intelligent, outgoing, and funny. Lastly she is always on time. Of course I would recommend her to another family.
