Odean worked with my husband for two weeks in January 2021 and we found him to be an excellent caregiver. He was very personable and easy to work with. He was also prompt, efficient, and compassionate, and he knows when to tell a joke to lift your spirits. Odean was very tender and gentle, and we would have him back in a heartbeat. Although he was only with us a short time, he felt like family almost instantly.

Odean was my husband’s caregiver for more than two-and-a-half years. A tall, strong man, Odean is capable, honest, and hardworking. My husband became “Uncle Nick” and the two had a wonderful relationship, marked by humor and affection. Odean frequently returned after hours when my husband had fallen and I couldn’t get him up. He willingly washed dishes, did the laundry, and drove us to appointments. Odean was with our family when my husband died on December 1, 2021, and was just as affected as we were. I couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver and friend.

My father was a diabetic and when he lost both his legs, I really needed help. Odean took care of him for about two years from 2015-2017. I work nights, so Odean would come in midday and stay with my father overnight. He was a great help for me, and I couldn't have had my father with me if it wasn't for Odean. He has great patience, and he developed a nice almost "father-son" bond with my father. He genuinely cared for him. When my father moved in with my brother, we didn't need Odean anymore, but if I'm ever in a situation where I need a caregiver, I would not hesitate to reach out to him and hire him all over again.

Odean was my grandfather's full-time, live-in caregiver starting in 2017 until he passed. He was fantastic. My grandfather was paralyzed from his waist down and he also had dementia. He needed full assistance all day long. My grandparents trusted Odean fully. He is a terrific aide and overall a great person. He would stay with my grandfather for a month and very rarely requested time off, and if he would take a weekend off, he came right back. If had to describe him, the best words I can think of is that he is a person with great patience, and he is sincere, caring, and very, very kind. He's just a good guy in general.
