About Me

I started caregiving in 2010. A lot of my friends and people from my country recommended caregiving because I am friendly, ready to help, and I love to talk to people. I really like caregiving because I talk with my customers, cook for them, and spend time with them. I feel very rewarded when I get to see them enjoy life. I originally wanted to study medicine, and though the circumstances in my home country changed my career direction, it did not change my desire to help others. My clients feel secure when I am with them because I am reliable, strong, and keep everyone safe. My clients especially enjoy when I cook Russian food for them (i.e. borscht, soups). When I am not working, I spend time with my wife and watch movies. For fun, I like to spend time at the beach and barbecue with my friends. I like to read books and sometimes, when it's quiet, I write.

Recommendations

Vladimer provided 24/7 live-in care for my father from May until September 2019 while he was recovering from open heart surgery. Vladimer treated my father with the utmost kindness and compassion. He would have conversations with my father about his home country, current events, and life in general. It was touching to see the special connection that Vladimer and my father developed during the time they were together. Vladimer treated my father like a member of his own family. His kindness made him stand out. I 100% recommend Vladimer as a private caregiver.

I'm privileged to recommend Vladimir as a live-in caregiver. My 94-year-old father had a stroke a few years ago, and as a result, he is now paralyzed on his left side and uses a wheelchair. Because of excellent personal care, he has been able to live in the same home for over 40 years. We have a regular caregiver, but Vladimir has filled in for him on occasional weekends in 2017 and 2018, and in April and May 2019, he lived with my father for five straight weeks while our caregiver was on an extended vacation. We will be happy to have Vladimir continue to fill in on occasional weekends for as long as he is available, because my family and I are extremely pleased with the way he cares for dad. Vladimir is honest, hardworking, and caring. We rely on him for all aspects of care. He drives and and our entire family loves his cooking. He's a physically strong man with a gentle manner, who helps my father transfer from his wheelchair to his bed or into the car. He bathes and dresses my father and does his laundry, including the bed linens, and he helps dad do appropriate exercises. I would describe him as a positive person with a joyful character, which makes him a pleasure to be around. He has become an indispensable helper and also a friend. I'm happy to recommend Vladimir to you for your beloved family member. I am confident you will be pleased with his work.
