About Me

My father runs a hospital in Nigeria and I grew up working in the hospital. I would do vitals, ambulate patients, give them therapy, transfer them from bed to wheelchair, give them showers, and more. When I came to this country in 2012, since I had that experience, I decided to continue with this career. I received my Certified Nurse Aide license and I have been working in a hospital and a nursing home ever since. I love being close to people who can't do things for themselves. I love to take care of them. I have an overall love for the job. I believe that we are all going go be old one day and with that, I want to deliver the kind of care that I hope to receive one day. I'm capable of caring for people of any age, young or old. I am easy going, cheerful, and I love to be around people and to be social. My hobbies are listening to music and playing ping pong.

Recommendations

Olu is wonderful. He is very good at his job. He is extremely compassionate and gentle. and has a good heart -- everything you would want in a caregiver. I have dealt with a lot of caregivers in the past because I managed my sister's care for 12 years, and he is one of the best. I have some wounds in my leg that were not healing so I was on bed rest for a few months. The nurses would originally come and do the dressings on my legs, but then Olu did it for me, so carefully. He is very conscientious. If he lived closer to me, I would hire him privately in a heart beat. He would even come to be with me even if he wasn't assigned to me. We would converse together and have good conversations. He is one of the best caregivers that I have ever come across and I recommend him highly.

As a Registered Nurse Unit supervisor at a local health care center, I have supervised Olu for over three years. During this time, Olu has been a pleasure to work with and a great asset to our facility. Olu has excelled as a Certified Nursing Assistant. From the very beginning, Olu was a fast learner, able to handle the myriad challenges that come from caring for mostly senior clients. Olu always shows professionalism and a willingness to learn new skills while working as a team player. His commitment and dedication is very much appreciated by the management team at our facility. I strongly recommend Olu as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

- Michael M., RN Supervisor, New Jersey

I would like to recommend Olu as a candidate for a Certified Nurse Assistant position. Olu has worked with us for two years and has performed exceptionally well, and he has excellent written and verbal communication skills. He can multitask to ensure that all assignments given to him are completed in a timely manner. Olu is always willing to offer assistance and has an excellent rapport with most of the patients and the employees at our health care center.
