About Me

I came to the United States in 2001, and a few months later, I started working as a caregiver. Before that, I was working for about 6 years in the Republic of Georgia people who are disabled. I was the head of the office. I chose this field in the United States because I like to give people a happy life. I like to make sure they are healthy. My last client liked to watch movies, so we would watch a lot of movies together. We would also go and see plays together. I like to help people with their exercises. I also like cooking for my clients. I'm a quiet person and I think I'm a good person. My hobbies include bicycling. I like sports and staying active. I love music and watching movies.

Recommendations

I was the Power of Attorney for my friend who had Parkinson's. Koba came to live with him in September 2007, when the disease had progressed enough that he really couldn't live on his own. Koba was with him until his death in November 2016. I saw them at least twice a week and spoke on the phone often. Even when I would drop by unannounced, my friend was always clean and dressed and the house was in good order. Koba cooked and fed my friend. My friend enjoyed food and Koba did his best to not let the disease get in the way. He knew when it was time to begin blending food, and made sure that my friend could still taste the things he loved. Koba managed his meds, and when my friend was in the hospital, Koba could answer every question the doctors and nurses asked. Koba also drove to appointments and did the shopping. He used both my friend's car, and his own car. He is a likable person. He's interesting and friendly, and he and my friend grew very fond of each other. Koba is a true professional and takes his job seriously. If I needed a caregiver again, I absolutely would hire him again.

In the time Koba cared for my father, he was always kind, attentive, and concerned for his well being. When looking for someone to care for a loved one, truth and honesty and the ability to work with the family of the loved one is of great importance. Koba has all these qualities. He treated my father with compassion, concern, and respect. He is very even-tempered, always willing to help whenever asked, and he tended to cooking, laundry, and light housekeeping in a very competent manner. It was a great comfort to me and my family to know my father was well cared for by a kind and competent person. I would highly recommend Koba to you or anyone who needs a caregiver.
