About Me

I started my professional career working with youth and children between the ages of 4-18. I worked with them for about 16 years. I went to college and got my degree at Pace. At the same time as going to school, I took are of my great grandfather because he was very ill. I finished my degree in psychology and biology. I then decided that I really wanted to do nursing, and taking care of my great grandfather got me to this point. I received my Practical Nurse degree and I gradated with honors. After that nursing program, I started working at at an assisted living facility to gain patient experience. I grew to love working there. I know I'm making a difference. I'm very caring, patient, and kind. I'm very hard-working and dedicated to everything that I feel passionate about. One of my hobbies is art -- I love ceramics, painting, and drawing. I also love sports, and I coach youth football and dance. I would take great care of your family and treat them like my own.

Recommendations

I have worked with Nicole for more than three years (2013-Present) at an assisted living facility. I am the second floor night nurse and I work with Nicole on a weekly basis as her supervisor. I recommend Nicole for employment. She is a great worker. She's very caring, helpful, dedicated, and compassionate towards the residents who live her. She is a pleasure to work with, and I recommend her highly.

Nicole cared for my mother for about 4-5 months in 2013. My mother had a lot of things going on at the time. She just had triple bypass surgery, she was a diabetic, and she was also going to dialysis. Nicole was a great companion for my mother, and she really treated my mom like family. Nicole also cleaned the house, did some shopping, and did the laundry. My mother saw Nicole as a daughter, so she loved her company. Nicole's interpersonal skills are fantastic and she always had really good communication with us about my mother's status. Nicole is also really reliable and she went above and beyond our needs. I certainly would recommend Nicole as a caregiver.
