About Me

I started caregiving by training as a home health aide and then later, I became a certified nurse assistant because I wanted to do more for my clients. I love working with people and helping to nurse them back to good health. I love this job because I get to be a helping hand to someone, and I also love the satisfaction I get from my clients as well as their family members. I am a loving and kind caregiver. I treat all my clients equally, regardless of race, religion, and background. I am a very hardworking person. I make sure my clients are clean and comfortable at all times. I also make sure my clients are happy. I get along very well with my clients and their families. I always have conversations with my clients and I make sure I tell them that someone cares about them. I love to sing and listen to music in my spare time.

Recommendations

We hired Sharon to care for my mother when she came home from the hospital in early 2019. Sharon was with my mom for almost a month. She was a lovely caregiver, she helped my mom with her daily needs around the house, and she was very reliable and very caring. She had a nice way of assisting my mom and was always willing to help with extra things around the house, which was beyond what we hired her for. Sharon has a great personality and was a very good caregiver to my mom.

I have known Sharon since 2010 and have worked as her charge nurse at a nursing and rehab facility on our respiratory unit as well as our hospice unit. It's now 2019, and Sharon has shown great care and compassion for her patients with the utilization of her knowledge, experience, and skills acquired over the years. Sharon is a great team player with an excellent work ethic and integrity. She believes that her patients come first and always demonstrates good clinical judgement when caring for both the patient and family. Most of all, she is very organized and comes well prepared. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any caregiving position. She will add value anywhere she goes.
