I was Sandra's direct manager at a home care agency from 2015-2017. I liked to refer to Sandra as one of our "go-to" aides for difficult cases. She handled them smoothly and effortlessly. She was on a case with a client that was extremely difficult. The client was non-ambulatory and even combative at times. I had to remind Sandra to take a break and watch out for her safety -- she's so dedicated. Sandra is reliable, competent, detail oriented, and communicative. She takes pride her work and never complained once about her job. I loved working with her. I also took a position with another company, so we don't work together any longer. However, I would hire her to take care of one of my family members if I needed help. She's great and you won't regret working with her.

Sandra was my son's caregiver for about 4 years, 2012-2016. My son is 27 years old and has a traumatic brain injury and he needs total care. Sandra was one of the best aides that we ever had. She is smart and knew what to do before we even asked her to do it. She was also very organized. I was able to totally depend on Sandra when she was with us. My son needs a bed bath, someone to give him his medications, and also needs transferring from his wheelchair. Sandra also assisted with cleaning around the house and keeping his area clean. I recommend her highly.
