Cynthia worked for mother while she recuperated from surgery for two weeks in November 2019 and my parents had good things to say about her. They found Cynthia to be courteous and on time, and she was very attentive and trustworthy. They felt comfortable having her there to help my mother.

I love my regular caregiver, but when she is on vacation or needs a fill-in, I'm thrilled to have Cynthia stay with me. She comes for two weeks at a time, and she's worked several times over the past two years. She is very caring and considerate and knows her stuff. Cynthia has a good personality and is nice to be around. I have pain issues and need help with certain things. For example, I no longer cook for myself, but I enjoy Cynthia's cooking. She also helps me with bathing and dressing, and she'll drive me places in my car. She's reliable and honest and an excellent caregiver.

For two years, Cynthia took care of a neighbor of my mine who passed away in 2014. I moved into the building around 2010, and Cynthia started working with him around 2012. He was an elderly gentleman who didn't have a lot of family close by, but they wanted him to have a live-in aide. Cynthia helped with feeding, changing him, and keeping his apartment tidy. She attended to his daily needs. She would read to him, sing to him, and watch TV with him. Cynthia was always very professional, patient, and caring. She understood his routine and worked very carefully with him. I used to live next door and I enjoyed chatting with Cynthia. She's a great caregiver.
