You Choose Your Favorite and Hire

Once you have the profiles to review, you can select which candidate(s) to interview. We’ll help arrange the interviews around your and the caregiver’s availability, and from there you set the pace. You can meet with as many of our suggested caregivers as you’d like, and when you are ready, choose the one you’d prefer to hire.

What if I Don’t Want to Hire Any of the Caregivers You Suggest?

While we aim to present you with a list of caregivers we are confident you will love, there’s always a chance that of the 3-5 you meet, none seem right for the job.
