About Me

I went to school in London for Management and I needed some extra money while I was in school so I worked in a group home with older adult men who had Down's Syndrome, Epilepsy, Autism, emotional issues, and many other conditions. Then, when I came to the United States in 2010, my brother suggested that I take on health care as a career. I started working privately and realized that this was the right place for me. Caring for the helpless is something that comes to me as a passion. I like to help people who are disabled or sick. The society from which I come gives a lot of respect to elderly people. I grew up with this feeling, so it comes to me naturally. The motivation comes from knowing that I have been able to help someone. When I hear the 'thank you's' and appreciation, that is where I get my satisfaction and motivation. For fun, I love to read novels. I also love to watch movies -- all kinds of movies, especially criminal and forensic. I love to travel and since I have been in the United States, I have been to Boston and Virginia and I would love to see the rest of the country. I'm very honest, compassionate, caring, and patient. I believe these are great qualities for a caregiver.

Recommendations

Francis took care of my father for roughly a year before he passed away in February 2015. My father was older and couldn't live by himself. He had Parkinson's and was also not mobile and was wheelchair bound. Francis took care of everything for my father, including bathing and taking him to appointments. My father was a very difficult man, but he really loved Francis. I believe that Francis was our longest caregiver, and there were many others. He is an exceptional worker. He is very patient and knows what he is doing. I even recommended him to a few friends when my father passed away and he was looking for more work.

Francis took care of my father from 2010 until 2014. My father was older and suffered from a stroke and we wanted a man to care for him. Francis was wonderful with my father. He fed him, bathed him, took him to doctor appointments, picked up his medications, and took him to physical therapy. Francis is a very strong man. He is reliable, punctual, respectful, and a very likable person. He became part of our family and I will always refer his services. He is very hard-working and consistent; you won't regret hiring him.
