Miguel worked as a home health care aide for my family and I recommend him unreservedly and very highly. Miguel worked as an aide for my father from 2003 until his death in 2008, and then he worked as an aide to my in-laws from December 2017 to April 2018 and then again for more than three years until my father-in-law passed away in the spring of 2025. Our family has had a number of aides working in the home, and Miguel is the best we have ever come across. Miguel was always knowledgeable, professional, kind, and loving towards all three of my family members. His skills are excellent, and he exercises sound judgment under the pressures that come with the job. Miguel communicated with our family often and worked well with the other aides who cared for both my father and my in-laws. But not only is Miguel highly proficient at his job, he approaches it with a level of warmth and caring that was a joy to work with. I always trusted that my family members were safe and well cared for with Miguel, and I think any family would be lucky to have him enter their lives to help at what is typically a difficult time.

Miguel was my family's home aide for 6 years. He was consistent, on time, trustworthy, and loyal. He is very skilled in his profession. He never missed a day in his entire time with us. He first came to our home as my father's home hospice aide. When my father died, I asked him to look after my mother. At that time, she needed only light assistance, companionship, and the assurance that she was in safe hands while I was at work. Miguel provided her all of that. As the years passed, her needs increased, especially in the last half year, and Miguel applied his skills accordingly. She weakened greatly in her final weeks and her needs increased dramatically, and Miguel exhibited his competence and took excellent care of her. I knew she was in good hands while I was at work during the day. We couldn't have done it without him.
