After a hospitalization in 2017, my mother needed assistance during the day while she recovered at home. Martha was a big help to me in caring for my mother. She made sure that her medicines were taken on time and properly, helped her to and from the bathroom, made sure she ate her meals, got my mom "up and moving about," and in general provided very good care for my mom while I was at work during the day. In addition to caring for my mom, Martha was also willing to do some light housework (make the beds, do the dishes, help with laundry, etc). Martha was always on time and gave me a progress report on how my mom did that day. I would highly recommend her as a caregiver.

Martha was my mother's caregiver from June 2015 until December 2016 when my mother passed at the age of 93. Martha helped with medicines, getting dressed, meals, and the daily routine around the house. She worked with my mother on eating and drinking, which she was not doing much of either. Martha went to doctor appointments with us. The main point I do want to make, is that my mother would not have lived as long as she did without Martha's help. Martha was family to us all and when we got into a vehicle or a store, my mom was always checking to make sure Martha was with us. At one of my mother's last doctor appointments, my mother's physician stated that my mom would outlive us all because of Martha's care.
