About Me

I love helping people. I am very considerate, compassionate, and caring. I love being a caregiver because I get to meet different people and learn from them. I also help them get their independence back. I get to be a shoulder they lean on and a friend to talk to. I like to have friendly conversations with my clients and provide comfort for them. I escort my clients to their appointments and run errands for them. As a caregiver, I'm very punctual and use my time efficiently. I have good communication skills, and I'm very friendly and pleasant to be around. I make sure I get my job done very well. I like to spend time with my family during my leisure time. I also like reading, going to the movies, and traveling.

Patricia is an angel. My mother was in the hospital and needed additional assistance when she went home. We met Patricia and hired her on the spot. She took care of my mother for almost eight years from 2008 to late 2016. My mother ended up moving to an assisted living facility but we hired additional aides to be with her. Patricia started as a companion to be with my mom and make sure she didn't fall. As my mother got older, she needed more hands-on care with her showers and Patricia would put together her outfits and she would take my mother to doctor appointments. She was a great communicator, I travel a lot for work so whenever I was away, Patricia was great at keeping me up to date with how my mother was doing. She is a very caring person. My mother was tough at times and Patricia handled her with such grace and sweetness; she would manage to get my mother to do anything, even with all her push back. For the holidays, she went out of her way to put together a photo album with all the special moments my mother had during the year,. It was so beautiful and she gave me the book as a gift. I must say that aside from the loving and gentle care she gave my mother, this meant the world to me. She will forever be part of our family.

Patricia is excellent. She took care of my mother-in-law for about three years, ending in 2008 when she passed away. My mother-in-law lived in an assisted living facility, but she wasn't eating properly. We hired Patricia to take care of her during the day. She would entertain my mother with puzzles and books, and have conversations with her. She bathed her and made sure she ate. Patricia is very honest. My mother-in-law would leave things in her room and we never worried about Patricia taking anything. Patricia even went on vacation with my family during that time. Patricia is honest, hardworking, and very caring. You won't find anyone better. I recommend her highly.
