About Me

I took care of my grandmother and I realized that I enjoy caretaking. She taught me that I need to give back and that is what I've been doing my entire career. I like to work with older people and I am a loving and kind person. My clients say that I am a team player and a good listener. I am responsible and I honestly care about my clients, that is something I want people to remember about me. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, exercise, go to church, and enjoy a good meal out. I am fine with pets and working with smokers.

Recommendations

I'm the Director of Services for an agency that provides both residential and day programs for people with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and mental health issues. Tracy has been with us for more than 15 years. She is reliable and dependable. I've been following her growth for quite some time, since we went to a conference together and I got outstanding feedback from other professionals. Tracy is the kind of person who does the right thing when no one is looking. She makes good decisions and she asks if she's not sure about something. Tracy's main job is working on the overnight shift in one of our residential facilities, but we call on her often to fill in on other shifts because we trust her. On the overnight shift, she will help the clients cook and do laundry, do medication reminders, practice fire drills, and monitor people with sleep apnea. When she is filling in during the day, she does things like taking clients to doctor appointments, the library, and internships. She is responsible for putting notes in our electronic records systems and I never have to chase her to get that done. Tracy is flexible and capable and I have absolutely no reservations about recommending her to provide one-on-one care

I am moving to Georgia to be closer to my family, or Tracey would still be working for me. She has been my caregiver since 2007. She makes meals for me, helps me with my shower, reminds me to take my medications, and keeps my house clean. I've been very pleased with her service. She's reliable and dependable and knows what she's doing. She is excellent. I am fine with pets and working with smokers.

Tracey worked for me for almost eight years taking care of my two young children. She is hard-working, motivated, and creative. I found that she doesn't leave anything undone and is very devoted to her job. Tracey is a multi-tasker and has a positive attitude about caregiving. When she walks in the door, my children are so happy to see her. She has become part of our family and you won't be disappointed if you hire her.
