Viviene took care of my mother for almost 9 years. My mother was a very difficult lady. She had abusive episodes at times and one thing that we were so grateful for with Viviene was that she understood my mother and knew how to handle the situation. She was very good to my mother. I live in Ohio and my mother was in New York with Viviene, and I felt so comfortable with Viviene because she communicated with me constantly and kept me in the loop of what was going on with my mother. She was very accommodating and appreciated my mother's way of life and needs. She was always very positive and no matter how hard and difficult my mother got, she did the job just right. Viviene is a very thoughtful person and I believe one of the reasons my mother lived until she was 99 years old was because of the great care she had and the companionship Viviene provided. I recommend her 100% to any family that hires her.
