About Me

I decided to get into the healthcare field because of my family. My mother worked at a local hospital as a nurse's aide and my cousin is studying to be a nurse, so this is in my blood. My mother used to do private cases, and I used to go with her see that experience of working one-on-one. I decided to go to school for social work because I enjoyed learning about the mental and emotional part. Then, I wanted to get hands-on experience with people, and I started working with my own private clients. I have helped people with their therapy to get them back to their activities of daily living. I'm definitely a people person and I love interacting with others. I love to get to know the client and I think that's one of my best qualities. I understand the client; I study them in their home so I know what to do and what not to do. I can help people make adjustments in their lives. I provide great conversation, and I don't change things within their home. I'm never over-dramatic in my presence and I do what my clients need, without hesitation. I'm very understanding and patient, and very respectful. I'm a published author of two books -- one is a children's book and the other published book is adult poetry which is about my life. I'm a big fan of meditation, and I love being by the water, whether it's a river, the ocean, or any body of water.

Recommendations

Jesu took care of my brother around 2016-2017. My brother is unable to take care of himself. Jesu cleaned his home, fed the cats, made breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my brother and gave him showers. Jesu was loving, understanding, and always on time or early. My brother and I loved him. One thing my brother Richard loved about Jesu was that Jesu really got to know him and studied his routine of what he needed or liked. Jesu would do things before Richard could ask him, so he always got the job done. The reason Jesu left us was because he had another client so the distance and timing became an issue. I highly recommend him. He's a very respectful man, and we still keep in touch.

Jesu took care of both of my parents from around 2015-2017. He first worked with my father who was very sick at the time. Jesu would come in the evenings and stay overnight until the mornings. He would change my father and bathe him. My father passed away in 2016, and Jesu stayed on to care for my mother who developed kidney cancer. My mother loved Jesu as well. He's very gentle and trustworthy. He's extremely hands-on and would comb mother's hair and help her with transfers. He's a great person and we felt very comfortable knowing that my parents were in good hands when they were alive. Jesu was with my mother when she took her last breath. You won't regret hiring him.
