Rama D.

Rama was a fill-in caregiver for my mother. She started in 2014 when mom was 95 years old, working alternate weekends, and she did that for a few years. She found other work, and now she will come in occasionally when we need her. Mom was mostly recovered from a stroke when she started showing signs of dementia. She lives in an apartment with her caregivers. Rama is a lovely, capable, and very sweet woman and she took very good care of mom. We would take mom out to lunch and Rama was accommodating and easy to be around. My siblings and our extended family of children and grandchildren liked her as well, and I still keep in touch with Rama.

Rama is the sweetest person. My mother has Alzheimer's but is "relatively" well. She needs someone to be with her to keep her safe and remind her about meds and hygiene and to prepare meals for her. Rama has been her once-a-month weekend caregiver since 2014 and is still with mom 3 years later. She's reliable and trustworthy, and she treats my mother like a queen. I visit almost every day when Rama is working, and my mother is always dressed and ready to see me. There have been occasions when Rama needed to drive my mother's car and that worked out fine. I'm happy to recommend Rama as a lovely person and a good caregiver.
