Niagale started working with my 70-year-old sister in September 2024 and it's been almost a year now. My sister lives alone and has balance and confusion issues. Niagale shops, cooks, and does laundry and light housekeeping. She also takes her for appointments and does errands. At first, my sister was hesitant about having help, but Niagale helped my sister warm up to her and now she really appreciates Niagale and they have a great relationship. I fully trust Niagale and feel very grateful that we found her through LeanOnWe. I highly recommend her.

Niagale is my caseworker for more than 2 years through a mental health services program. She started working with me in 2015. She comes to visit every week and make sure I am OK. She helps me with mail and paperwork, and drives me to the Veterans Administration for appointments. Sometimes she tells me how I am, because she knows me better than I know myself. I like Niagale. She is kind, nice, and very helpful. Niagale also helps my brother by driving him to his doctor appointments. Niagale has helped me solve many problems and I have nothing but good things to say about her.

I have been Niagale's supervisor at a psychiatric clinic since 2005. She is a mobile integration team member, where she assists newly discharged clients and links them to services in the community. Niagale helps them navigate everything from accessing medical service to assisting them with food shopping. She is very attentive to the clients' needs, and she supportive and likable. The clients find her approachable and resourceful. Niagale is very task oriented and needs very little supervision.
