About Me

I like to help my clients with whatever they need. I like to cook and feed my clients, and I can give showers and keep the house clean. I also know how to use a Hoyer Lift and work with feeding tubes. I like to be patient with my clients. When I'm working, I always think about how I would deal with my own parents or my children if they were in a similar situation, and I'm happy working for others. I do a good job for my clients. I'm an encouraging and motivating person. I'm very kind to others. When somebody has a problem, I'm available to talk and listen. If you are sad, I can make you happy. If people like to be active, I can join them in their activities. For fun, I like listening to music, and I enjoy reading my bible. I also like to watch movies. When I can, I like to travel to my country and visit my family.

Recommendations

Chedeline was my mother's caregiver for almost three years from the end of 2011 to 2014. My mother had Alzheimer's. I worked two jobs and couldn't take care of my mother so I felt like I had an angel sent from heaven when I found Chedeline, who did everything for my mother. She helped her with all her daily needs and she prepared all her meals for her. She also made sure my mother took her medication. She took my mother to her day program and all her doctor appointments. She was like a second daughter to my mother. We completely trusted her, and she is a very caring person and very responsible. There was a point that we handed the house key to Chedeline. She was like part of the family and we still stay in touch with her. We miss her very much and hope she does well with any family she works with.

My mother and father lived with me in 2014-2015. Mom had a mini-stroke and dad couldn't really take care of her on his own, so Chedeline was with them during the day Monday-Thursday. She was prompt and reliable and treated my parents as if they were her own family. Both mom and dad liked having Chedeline with them. Chedeline helped mom with bathing and with her exercises, prepared meals, occasionally drove them places, did the grocery shopping, light housekeeping and laundry. My dad passed away and my mother went to live with one of my siblings, so Chedeline left, but I relied on her to keep my family safe and wouldn't hesitate to call her again.

Chedeline took care of me at an infirmary for nuns in New York from around 2014-2016. I had both of my hips done, and I needed a lot of assistance. I had a few different aides coming in to help me, but Chedeline was one that I liked, a lot. She would help me get in and out of bed and assist me with dressing. She is very respectful and well-equipped to do the job. Chedeline knew everything that she needed to do. If she would came back to the infirmary, I would love it. She was a very good aide and I recommend her highly.
