Caroline has been helping me care for my mother since November 2017. She started coming a few times per week for 5 hours each day. Now, eight months later, she only comes once or twice a week, but if I could afford it, I would hire her full time. My mom is elderly and has many medical conditions. She uses a wheelchair and we have a Hoyer Lift to help with transfers. When Caroline is working, she helps with mom's activities of daily living and often accompanies me when I have to take my mother to an appointment. She is reliable, responsible, and always punctual. She goes above and beyond her assigned tasks. I remember once when I was delayed at work, she was calm and flexible about the delay and helped my kids with their homework. As a person, Caroline is friendly, caring, and compassionate. I rely on her and highly recommend her as a caregiver.
