Micheline V.

Micheline has been with our nursing facility since 2012 and I've worked with her as a supervisor. She recently switched roles here, so she used to work as a nurse's aide and provide resident care. She would assist with bathing, dressing, making sure the resident ate, and reporting any findings to the on duty nursing staff. Now, Micheline works in the facility as a private aide. Her role is similar in resident care and personal care. I like Micheline because she is someone I can rely on and is willing to help. She has a good attitude towards her work and is someone we can depend on here. I recommend her highly.

When my mom was coming home from the hospital in 2013, I needed someone to be with her when I was at work. I had been Micheline's supervisor at a facility and Micheline was my first choice to be with my mother. She is reliable and honest and a great caregiver. As her supervisor, I found her to be very professional and serious about her work. When she was on a shift, her patients were always happy. Micheline worked independently and knew her job, so I felt very comfortable having her with my mom. She worked during the day for about three months, until my mother was able to care for herself again.
