Winsome came to work for us in June of 2021. My husband, who has Parkinson's disease, had fallen and fractured vertebrae and was getting out of rehab. Winnie helped us set up our home for my husband, who now needed to use a walker and needed help with everyday activities, like dressing, showering, and toileting. She helped us order the appropriate equipment, from bars for the shower to bedside commodes. She was knowledgeable and experienced. Over the past 18 months, Winnie worked as a live-in caregiver from Monday to Friday. Winnie was incredibly reliable. She was never late and she never called in sick. She helped with my husband's meds, which he had to take on time because Parkinson's patients who miss their meds or are late with their meds can affect their physical abilities. She was also helpful when it came to getting him on Zoom calls so he could do voice therapy sessions. Winnie never complained or made any demands on us. Whenever I returned from work, the kitchen and living area were clean and organized -- dishes were put away, counters were wiped down, and everything was neat.

Winsome took care of my mother-in-law for almost two years between 2016-2018. She was a wonderful caregiver. She is very loving and professional and very good at her job. What I liked most about Winsome was her sense of humor -- she is really funny and you need that in the home. Also, she was very kind to my father-in-law who was also in the house with his own aide. Winsome took care of all of my mother-in-law's basic needs and I would highly recommend her to another family. I wish her the best of luck in her career.

Winnie worked for my mother for about 3 1/2 years between 2002-2006 and she was the ideal helper for my mother. She is cheerful, energetic, and very trustworthy. My mother's apartment was always clean and orderly. Winnie looked out for her with extraordinary dedication and love. Physicians would compliment her on the attention she paid to my mother's hygiene, skin care, and medical follow up. She saw to it that my mother was nicely dressed and well groomed. She insisted upon attendance at adult day care for as long as my mother was able and, at the program, remained attentive to her, along with others around her. Winnie's focus was to maximize her patient's potential and not to create an invalid. My mother passed and I will always recommend Winnie highly. My hope is that, should I need home care in my later years, a Winnie clone will be there for me.
