About Me

Caregiving became a professional caregiver when I came to the United states. I realized as we grow old, we tend to need a lot of help and that is where I can apply my skills as a caregiver. I love working with the elderly and really enjoy their company. I am a kind and loving person. I also am very reliable. I show compassion to all my clients, and I make sure my clients are in safe conditions at all times. I make sure I pay attention to the needs of my clients. I can cook for my clients and also do light housekeeping. I love reading during my leisure time.

Ben was a wonderful 24/7 live-in caregiver for my grandfather from 2014 until my grandfather's death at 85 in October 2018. My grandfather and grandmother lived in an apartment. My grandfather broke his leg in a fall, and that hospitalization, combined with general muscle weakness, left him unable to walk on his own. Though his mind was fine, he needed help with everything and that's when Ben was hired. Ben is a respectful man who is pleasant to be around and he and my grandfather became true friends. They spent a lot of time together and it was really important that my grandfather enjoyed his company. I know Ben had my grandfather's best interests at heart. When he was hospitalized, Ben barely left his side. He slept at the hospital and advocated for him. My family was very happy with the care Ben gave and I'm pleased to recommend him as a caregiver.

Ben was a 24/7 live-in caregiver for my uncle from 2012-2013. My uncle had stomach cancer and when we got the news, the doctors told us that the prognosis was not good. At the time, we had no family members who could help, so we hired Ben to live with my uncle. My uncle was very comfortable with Ben and honestly that was the most important thing to us. He looked after my uncle's every need. I communicated with Ben about once a week and would also drop in for visits and there were never any issues. At the end of my uncle's life he was bedridden and put on hospice and died in a very peaceful atmosphere. Ben brought so much love and compassion to his work and we really appreciated that. He even came to the funeral, which we did not expect but it was a very genuine act of kindness. I would love for Ben to take care of my parents one day if they need help. He is the best.
