I have known Nathalie for many, many years. At first she took care of my sister for a year between 2006-2007. My sister was diabetic and her organs were shutting down. She couldn't walk and do anything for herself, so Nathalie was her caregiver during that time. We loved Nathalie so much and stayed in touch with her after my sister passed. The strangest thing happened, and I love to tell this story. I fell in December 2018 and it was some sort of miracle that Nathalie called me to say hello and I asked Nathalie to come and take care of me. I fell and fractured my hip and my arm, so Nathalie has been my caregiver ever since and it's now March 2019. It was truly a miracle that she called me, and I'm so happy that she did. Nathalie helps me with everything I can't do on my own. She's so caring and compassionate and does a great job. She's like family to me, and I recommend her very, very highly.

Nathalie was the overnight shift caregiver for my husband in 2007-2008. It was over 10 years ago and I can't speak for what she has done in that time, but I can say that she was a wonderful caregiver then. Nathalie worked from 10 pm to 7 am. She was responsible for making sure that my husband's needs were met if he woke up in the middle of the night, and in the morning, she helped with transferring, toileting, personal care, and getting him dressed. I felt it was important for him to look put together every day, and Nathalie saw to it that everything was matching and clean and that he looked good. Nathalie was reliable and trustworthy and very astute. The day shift changed frequently, and she was able to help me assess each new caregiver's strengths and weaknesses. It was amazing how accurate she was. Also, I appreciated that Nathalie was flexible with her time. When we needed her to stay longer or fill in, she did her best to accommodate us. When we knew that my husband was going to a rehab facility for a few months, it didn't make sense for Nathalie to wait for him to come home, so she left for another job.
